My family visits often  and we have enjoyed many fun times here at my home and at various locations in Nevada County. I am married with two children and two grandchildren.
My children would probably call me the consummate Mom and Grandmother. I try very hard to balance my real estate career and family. I believe your family and all good deeds performed during your life will be your real legacy.
I thoroughly enjoy Nevada County and I love the fact that we have four distinct seasons. For me, the weather here is perfect. I love being active and want to stay fit. Currently, I work out at the Gym regularly, kayak when the weather is good, swim, “try” to play piano (not a natural), and bicycle. I think it is important to stay healthy and try to be young for as long as you can. I know my grandchildren want me to go on forever and that is very encouraging. My grandchildren think that I can do anything they can do and I’m not ready to discourage them.
I enjoy digging in the dirt. I am definitely not “a green thumb” but I find it very relaxing. I am also very much into cooking, including desserts. I have a few specialty desserts that I have created myself. I have received several awards (Nevada County Fair) for my cooking (desserts and fudge). I would be happy to make some award winning fudge for a client if requested.
I was told by a friend in 1999 that “as much as you like and care about people, you would be good in real estate”. I have actually found that comment to be true and I have made many great friends while providing real estate services to clients.
My life in general has taken many twists and turns. I have had many hardships, many times of stress, and many times reflecting on how grateful I am for life as it is now. I believe that all the ups and downs I experienced in my life have allowed me to relate honestly to people from various backgrounds, with various real estate needs.
I pride myself on “Honesty and Integrity – Always” and I have grown my business substantially based on that practice.
