I am sincere in my desire to meet my client’s needs and wants, including always “going the extra mile”. I have been in Nevada County since 1999 and I have been a licensed realtor since 2000. My first year in real estate I received a "Best New Agent" award. Very shortly after my first year, I became a multi-million dollar producer and started building my business on client referrals.
I became a Real Estate Broker in 2003. Since obtaining my license I have experienced a wide variety of RE transactions for Buyers and Sellers. I believe in continuing my education so that I stay up-to-date in all areas of real estate. Buyers and Sellers making the best decisions are those that have been informed about a potential sale or purchase as much as possible. I work diligently to make sure all information available is disclosed to my client. I treat my client’s money as if it were my own. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). My education includes a BS (Business Major) from USF. I have over 20 years experience in Financial Management positions. I did obtain a secondary education teaching credential (business) that is currently inactive. My professional background prior to my real estate career has been of great value.
I am not in this business strictly to make money—I truly enjoy helping people and knowing that I am giving them the best service, honesty and integrity that they will find. I have built my business on client referrals and I will continue to do so.
I want my clients to be at ease with me; to feel free to say what they want and ask “any” questions. “What you see is truly what you get”. I believe when you select a realtor it is of the utmost importance to be comfortable with the realtor. Typically, real estate is your single most expensive asset and for that reason, trust is imperative.
My patience has helped me a lot in corporate, education, and now in real estate. If I do not have an answer to a specific question on the spot, I certainly have the resources to provide an answer in a timely manner.
