Buyers want to buy your home for as little as possible and you want to sell for as much as possible. It is my job to help you determine what your home is really worth in today’s market and negotiate with a potential buyer on your behalf.
Contracts can be complicated and intimidating. I will guide you through the contract process and answer any questions you might have. I want you to be comfortable with me and with what you are signing. I will always have your interests as my priority.
There is no fee to you for having me come view your home and provide you with comparables in the area. I will work hard to get your home sold for as much as the market can bear. More than once I have managed to sell a clients home within their time frame and help them buy another all at the same time. I want the process to be as smooth as possible for you.
